Paladin Press

Paladin Press was a niche publishing outfit located in Boulder, CO. Paladin Press operated as a small business that thrived for over 40 years before Amazon wholesaling caught up to the publishing business.

While at Paladin Press, I was in charge of all technical aspects of the company. As a small business, I was required to "wear a lot of hats" and manage our web properties along with everything from local IT support vendors, server upgrades, email marketing, social media, SEO, and web based reporting.

During my time at Paladin Press we refreshed the website to modernize the look and feel of the brand. We upgraded our eCommerce platform to align more closely with Amazon sales, as Amazon became our largest customer. This included adding features like "buy now."

In order to push sales and keep up with Amazon, we created and sent email blasts every week, discounting different offerings. We also built several affiliate programs as part of a sales ecosystem.

Unfortunately, Paladin Press closed their doors in the late 2010's after a successful 45 year run.
